About me

Hi, I am Yifan, a fifth-year Ph.D. candidate from the Individualized Interdisciplinary Program (Computational Media and Arts), the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. I am co-supervised by Prof. Huamin QU and Prof. Yang WANG.

I am part of the VISlab research group at HKUST, led by Prof. Qu. I also closely collaborate with the HKUST Crypto Fintech Lab on NFT-related research.

My research interests include Human-Computer Interaction, social computing, and visual analytics for community analysis, specifically focusing on blockchain transaction data. I am also interested in data art for digital humanities and VR/AR applications to protect intangible cultural heritage (ICH).
